2. Delivery Timelines

• Next-Day Delivery: Orders will take 24-36 hours to delivery.
• Scheduled Delivery: You can choose a preferred delivery slot during checkout that fits your schedule.

3. Shipping Charges

Our goal is to provide affordable and accessible delivery services:

• Free Delivery: Orders above ₹1500 qualify for free standard delivery.
• Standard Delivery Fee: A nominal fee of ₹40 applies to orders below ₹1500.

4. Serviceable Areas

We currently offer delivery services across selected sectors in Hyderabad. Please use our pincode checker on the homepage or address page to verify if we serve your specific location.

5. Delivery Process

Our delivery executive will contact you upon arriving at the provided address. If the door is locked and the customer is unreachable, we will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. Any subsequent delivery attempt may incur an additional fee.
